The sweaty palms, The reciting of history facts in your sleep.......................... All of which I'm not experiencing. I'm not sure if I should be worried that I'm not worried or not, A feeling most wouldn't understand unless
they were sitting for an exam.

Anyways, I am unfortunately, one of those who has to munch on something while studying. Call it a chronic habit. And now that The countdown is down to 2 digit numbers, I rarely have the time to make anything elaborate, let alone anything. But close friends and family know that I get a little....jittery when I don't make anything for a while. I have odd dreams, I'll make funny motions with my hands(which look very much like how one makes an icing rose) and I'll be restless. Which is why the parents lift my 'baking ban' around once a month.

So, with my need to snack, and lack of time, there are 2 main things I make:

1) Brownies

2) Flourless peanut butter and Chocolate chip cookies.

Since I've got pictures for the second option, I'll show you that. Here's the recipe:

Flourless Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies.
1 cup chunky peanut butter

3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg ( lightly beaten)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips ( I used buttons, simply cause they were in my fridge ;P)

1) Preheat oven to 180'C. Stir everything except the chocolate together. When well combined, stir in chocolate. The dough was a bit stiff at this point, so I just kneaded the buttons in with my hands. No biggie.

2) With moistened hands ( good idea to have a small bowl of water nearby ) Roll your dough about a tablespoon at a time into balls and place on a lined baking sheet 2 inches apart.

3) Bake till golden and puffy, around 12-14 minutes. Cool 5 mins on sheets, then transfer to rack to cool completely.

Enjoy!!
